1. Introduction

Contemplation, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as okfire.me ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use okfire.me (the "Service").

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly: When you use the questionnaire, we collect the answers you input, including general facts about the employment situation (state, tenure, reason for termination, documentation status, and related factors). We also collect the employee's first name if you provide it. We do not require you to provide any personally identifying information about yourself or the employee to use the Service.

Payment information: When you purchase a report, your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We receive a transaction confirmation and your billing email from Stripe.

Usage data: We may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the Service. This information is used to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.

Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain your correspondence for customer service purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate your risk assessment report and associated documents • Process your payment and fulfill your purchase • Provide customer support • Improve and maintain the Service • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your questionnaire answers or employee information for any purpose other than generating your report and improving the accuracy of our assessment engine in aggregate, anonymized form.

4. How We Store Your Information

Questionnaire answers entered without payment are not retained after your session ends. If you complete a payment, your report data is stored securely to allow you to access your report history (for multi-report plans). We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.

We retain paid report data for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@okfire.me.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• The full legal name, Social Security number, date of birth, or contact information of the employee being assessed • Any information that would allow us to identify the specific employee whose situation is being assessed • Sensitive personal data such as health records, financial account details, or government-issued ID numbers

We strongly recommend that you do not enter any personally identifying information about the employee beyond their first name, which is used only for document personalization.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers: We use Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic for AI-powered document generation. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies and processes your data only as necessary to provide their services.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function, including session cookies that expire when you close your browser. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies. We may use anonymized analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
